There is 4 holes in the bay on either rail that should be plugged. I have 2 but couldnt find where to source these.

Last owner had some sort of tape over 2 of them so that has to go

Sorry I thought I uploaded. They are the plug on the right. I do need this other rubber hood stop too though

Better pictures would help. I have no idea what I'm looking at with that (1) picture when you're asking about (4) holes.

Are you talking about the bottom of the frame rails?

Yes the bottom of the frame rails. There are 2 holes on each side that fit this plug on the left. They are spread out so cant put them in same picture

They are the same plugs that block the bolt heads for the passenger mount in the wheel well

1. Cut small circles out of sheet aluminum and RTV them over the hole

2. Be super cool and weld them shut and spend a crap ton of time

3. Buy chrome tape, cut out a circle and tape it over like the factory did in some places.

4. Try a bunch of rubber plugs the car comes with and see what fits.

They are the same plugs as the ones that cover the passenger motor mount bolts in the fender.

I am old school and speak in inches.... I believe 22.75mm is 1.25 inches but not sure...
Check out these plugs...

Maybe you could search for yourself. I typed in Automotive Rubber Plugs and this is what I found and many more.

I have been looking... i cant find anything that fits. Trust me im far from lazy to do a search

22.75mm is .895 inches

Of course it cant be an easy find

I have someone looking at their old dsms to see if tjey have any laying around

So the plugs that cover the access holes for the transmission mount do fit? Why not just get more of those? The Mitsubishi part number is MU670024.

Anyone with ASA can pull the full list of vehicles from which you can find these same plugs if you wanted to simply run to the junkyard.

And for the hood stop:

Seems it might be harder to find a Mitsubishi model that did not use them. Total models that did use the same plug shown below. Mirages, Galants, Eclipses, 3000GTs, Diamantes, Monteros, Lancers...
