Where to find intake sheld? and ......

I saw it on a web site not too long ago cant remember which web site it was but im lookin for one of those pieces of sheet metal that goes around ur intake filter to keep warm air out...some people have the on tuners u may or may not have seen them b4 but i need a web site....and what can u do to ur heat shield around the exhaust mani to make it look new....mine looks like its rusted...any tips

I think someone was selling them, check the adds, or you can make one yourself, all you need is some sheetmetal and time and basic tools.
For your exhaust shield, first thing you need to do is clean it up. If you can sandblasted, great. If not you'll need to clean it up with sandpaper and then either polish it or paint it.

yea i was pannin on makin on of those intake shields but i needed to see the pic of the one again...if u can find me a good pic of it it would be appreciated...the exhaust mani...wasnt sure what to do but that sounds like a good idea..thanks

i was thinking about trying to make one of these for myself, but i will have to see if i even have room with my bigass air filter.
