Where is this vacuum connected

So i just found out that there's a t piece on my my wastegaste actuator which has a open nipple. Where do i hook this up to?

Depends on your setup really but the factory has it routed to the BCS. If you look under your hood there is a diagram with all the vacuum hoses and where they go.

What is the other end hooked up to? Wastegate actuator -> T fitting -> (?)
It either direct to intake piping, to the stock boost control solonoid, or to an aftermarket boost controller. Regardless, you have a boost leak and no boost control.
