Ordered it all from ECMTuning and was done in a week (chip in), speed density came in and installed by the time chip came back and boom hop on the DSMLink app and start tuning

You should give him a little break, as Thomas did take a break from making them for a while a few years ago. Ironically if you dutifully use the search to figure out where to get ECMLink, the old post comes up which can be confusing:

The point was and remains that one should try the source of the product, first. It will be the most straightforward way of obtaining said product. If an individual attempted that and was unable to make contact then, sure, create the post. But also be sure to note for the rest of us that avenue had been tried already. At which point, more / different options may be offered.

As a community, we obviously want to support ECMTuning so that will generally be the first suggestion from those that have been around. No ill will, no malice, just pointing the member in the most common sense direction.
