Where can I buy a new wiring harness?

JNZ Tuning may be a good start. They offer a huge selection of factory Mitsubishi parts. Their information is below:

: JNZ Tuning
Phone: (215) 997-6850
[email protected]

They offer outstanding customer service and should be able to point you in the right direction if they don't have any.

No luck at JNZ. Any other suggestions?

If you're going to buy a BNIB wiring harness you're going to be spending at least $500+ for it, conservatively. Keep an eye out on our classifieds or head to the junkyard where they can be had for about $75 - $100 for an unhacked one.

If you've got the coin to drop $500+ on a wiring harness because yours is messed up I'd recommend contacting Kevin (kidtsi) and just send the one you've got in to have it fixed and tucked, it will be better than new. 1G and 2G wiring harness Mil-Spec tuck. - DSM Classifieds

It's just my engine bay wires that need replacing. A lot of it is cracked and not looking so good. The wire insulation is rock hard in many places. Mainly the alternator area, injector area, and a few other places. The insulation cracks and breaks off when I move them around.

The front chassis harness includes the engine harness?

Yeah I was checking out KidTsi on the classifieds. Does Kevin replace all the wires? Or just the ones he thinks need it? I'd like a to have completely new wiring.

It's impossible to have completely new wiring throughout the whole harness unless you go with a mil.spec harness made by a company such as Chase Bays (if they're even still doing it). Reason is no one has yet to find a source for connectors/pins, so you're going to have to reuse the old ones. You can replace the wiring in between, but you're still going to have some of the original section going into all the pins. Kevin mostly will shorten the harness sections that need it and resolder the ends back together, so I don't see him replacing wiring unless needed (or requested).

Exactly, i do replace the wires i see cracking, weak or brittle, but like said above i'm barely working on getting new OEM connectors and pins i can not guarantee anything but if i do get them ill let you guys now, its a large investment...
