2G Where does this connect to?

Car doesn’t start with key only when jumping the starter so I’m looking around at the fuses, relays and connectors to see if anything is up and I found this wire near the transmission that is unplugged.

The head just came off for new gasket and studs so idk maybe something got messed with because the ignition worked before.
It’s an auto
