Where does the MFG go?

Hey guys, under my hood, on the drivers' side next to the motor mount/timing belt. There is something called an Electric MFG. There is some sort of thin vaccum hose coming out of it towards the bottom/firewall. where does this hose lead to? i cant seem to find its place and my car wont start.

what the WTF is an MFG? Are you sure it's not the electric sloeniod's beside the master cylinder reservoir

yeah, it says electronic MFG, mitsubishi,USA. but i found out where it goes. Right under the box with the throttle cable.
