where does the hose from the back of the throttle body go

I put the motor from my 98 eclipse into my 99 body and cannot figure out where this hose goes now, it runs from the splitter on the back of the throttle body into the metal bracker running over the top and idk what it goes to

I'm not too familiar with the 420a but I would just stick it somewhere... NA lines really just need to be capped
