Wow this is a noob thread. But ill add some.
First off race gas will not help if you have no way to raise the boost or lean the car our more. Prefurably both, Race gas allows you to run more timing/boost creating more power. The gas itself will do nothing, its the other things that make the power. What race gas does it keep detenation away.
Now to run it make sure you have no cat, thats about it. Put leaded/unlead in the tank and go. What i do is pull the return line from the FPR, put a long hose on it to a 5gal jug or whatever and drain the gas as much as i can with enough still in the tank to get me to the track. I let it pump gas out till my guage is on E which gives me enough gas to get to the track with some to spare. Get to the track buy 5 gallons of 110 leaded (5 bucks a gallon) and put that in the car raise the boost and lean out my afc to my preset from tuning on a dyno with the 110 in the tank.
