I purchased a classic Hurst cue ball shift knob in 3/8-16 thread and drilled and tapped it to our sized theads. Came out perfect and I love it.
 
Evo 8 OEM shift knob or OEM heavy shift knob. Though I prefer the feel of the Evo shift knob, it's what I have on my personal DSM:

Vtec is that an evo steering wheel as well? It looks similar to an evo 8 wheel but the airbag is a little different

EDIT: Looks like a 3g wheel
