Do you know where I can get this part:

I've searched the internet and it is a lot harder - actually impossible - to find. As a typical example, this place has it but it is out of stock. Using the above picture as a guide, it is leaking right from the bottom of the pipe, in line with the cap. While hot and pressurized, it leaks a one or two drops per minute. The part has proven elusive to find.
Any help, please?
BTW - this is no performance racer or anything. It's a bone-stock 1995 Eagle Talon TSI that I am trying to nurse along and use as a commuter car. The engine is very old - oil leaks from dried out seals and it smokes, probably due to whatever you'd like to say - rings, valve stem seals, maybe even the turbo seals. It purrs like a kitten though, and has plenty of available boost, should I need it. If I had the money, I'd treat her right, but I'd have to choose between rebuilding the motor and, say, eating.
