Where can I get a straight pipe/high flow cat?

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

Check the sponsors, i'm sure you can find a cat on one of those sites. As for the straight pipe, you could always make your own.

When all else fails Ebay. I saw striaght pipes on there for like $25, but no high flow cats. Buschur Racing (burchurracing.com) has high flows for like $90, which ain't to bad.

If your running your stock cat still you could do what I did and shove a metal rod through it till all you have is a shell. Then it still looks like you have one even though its straight through.

I don't wanna buy cheap shit on eBay.

I don't understand why everything on ebay is branded "Cheap". If you were to sell your car on ebay it would be just as good as if you were to sell it in autotrader. Anyway...... I bought one off of ebay and it works just fine, and i passed my emissions test with it. So if you want to pay $150 for one with a name as opposed to $50 for one that works than that's your choice. Choose wisely my child.. :p

Those are the pointless ones IMO cause they aren't legal for emissions, plus they have that big bubble in them where if someone has a 2.5 system they only need a 2.5 straight thru not 2.5 inlet to 3 inch bubble to 2.5 outlet.

thats why i went with a straight pipe(as opps to gutting the car) so when good ole emissions comes around i can go ahead and bolt that cat right back on.

so am i better of getting a test pipe or high flow cat?? and where could i get the test pipe cheap,i already saw the highflow cat on ebay that TurBoGs-T showed

i dont mind if the CEL comes on, but u said my o2 sensor will go back, will that hurt my car/ casue bad gas millege..............so then what should i do w/ my cat???

I suggest you simply get a high-flow theres not that much difference and you'll be legal anyway. and yes running with that CEL and a bad O2 will give you crap gas mileage, because your ECU will be running default settings. Its all up to you is the extra 3hp worth it?
