Yup, seems like a blown bearing to me, just make sure its not caused other damage also or the hub nut is loose

That type of movement looks like a control arm ball joint. Its acting like the nut is loose at the end of the control arm above the balljoint. Ball joints fail before bearings, at least in my case. The ballpoint boot tears and looses grease and starts to fail. Did you say you check for movement at the ballpoint at the end of the control arm?
 
ya gotta get your dome in there on the other side of the wheel with a light and see for yourself where the slop is, thats alot, something is seriously shot. Cut the wheel one way or the other to get a better look as you do your thing.
 
Move the wheel up and down not side to side. Looks like your inner tie rod is shot. Tie rod should not move in and out like that. That isnt your only problem
