i have a 96 eagle talon esi i was wondering if if would be cheaper to do a rebuild on my 420a or just buy a 4g63 and swap that into it thanks for the advice

you'll see how it worked out for this guy and what everybody has to say about the 420a's. dude, i'd say just rebuild what you have and turbo it later. we have strong motors in our cars so use what you have. more than likely your not gonna be seeing 10 second runs if you go this route, but at the same time it takes alot to get a 4g63 to that point too. plus, if you just rebuild it then you'll know that your putting the first mile on that engine so there is no question on how it was driven before you got it, so you'll have a reliable and fast car. plus, cheaper insurance rates
