Whats normal o2 sensor voltage using my Palm logger

My 1g cylces between .1 and .9 at idle and part throttle, it flat out goes to zero sometimes randomly. At WOT it runs consistantly at .95V

Sorry to revive a dead post, but I'm guessing if mine is reading 0.03 this is a bad sign. I've been having some idle problems when I come to a stop and running lean. This sounds like o2 sensor symtoms. Would anyone else agree?

I'd double check this for a 1g. I'm not sure if the 1g and 2g O2v are the same. The 2g should oscillate around 0.5v in closed-loop mode (cruise, idle) and will go up into the 0.9+ range when it goes to open-loop (under load). The 1g might be different.

The voltage is only used by the ECU during closed loop and is very accurate there, but when you go open-loop, it's not accurate and varies from sensor to sensor, so you can only trust it so far. That is true for both 1g and 2g turbo cars.

Your o2 is probably crapping out on you, unless it's oscillating. You can check it with a analog ohmeter ($10 at autozone) and a haynes manual.

I retested it. When I'm sitting still it is around .03 however, once I took it out on the road it did oscillate to the appropriate range. I drove the car about 10 minutes coming home. I sat in the drive for a few minutes and my missing problem started up again. I continued to datalog. When the car died I logged a few more seconds and paused the logging. I then read out the error code. It came back a 44. It said it was an ignition coil. Does this sound accurate for my symptoms. I assumed it would miss all the time. I have the full logs available if anyone would be willing to take a look at them for me. :thumb:

If you have a feeling its the o2 sensor which it could be just simply disconnect it and see if you lean issue goes away.

I've been reviewing the data from my log files and I notice when the rpms dropped and finally went to 0 the isc was at 41.7% and the TPS was at 10.9%. The ISC was running way lower than this before the car started messing up. It was at 12.1% at idle. Could this mean my ISC is going out. There is so much data to look at here. I'm still leaning toward my coil pack. When the call dies error 44 comes up indicating a coil pack. It erases as soon as I restart the car though. :ohdamn: I'm going nuts here.
