MMCD logger / O2 sensor??

Ok, for anyone used to the MMCD logger can someone tell me if O2-F is supposed to give valid readings for our cars? All I ever get is 3.49V, although O2-R works fine. Thanks, also what kind of timing advances are normal for just idle, cruise etc... 20-30deg?

On 1G's there is nothing to read at what MMCd shows as O2-F.
