Whats missing?

Ok, guys I swear this dang new 2g has got me feeling like a newb again.. There is so so many little things that are different from what Im use to seeing on my 1g's and my
Gvr4. My question is...Is there something missing from where I have circled? Like a bracket or something of the sort? It just seems these holes are here for a reason. Thanks in advance.

I was stating you should have gotten the prothane kit dork. . Stock= reliable in most cases, but honistly...you arent going to put a 1g at least on there? Get some pics of the whole thing as well. Its looks pretty clean from that pic. Enjoy all that is, DSM. pfftt
