For the oil pan I highly recommend using the "Right-Stuff" without a gasket. This sealant is the best I've found when it comes to oil pans. A little on the expensive side but well worth it. Be warned, do not use it on anything you plan on removing often.

yea i did try all the other bolts from the trans and none of them fit,
the block is taped for a 10m 1.25 pitch but the trans is taped for a 6m 1.25 with a dowel. how do i know you ask? me and my buddy just droped the trans about an hour ago. i found out my "new act 2600 clutch" with about 10k on it is shot because there is an oil leak right behind the flywheel, and no its not the rear main seal.
so now i have to buy a new clutch. what do you guys recomend for my car? its pushing 300hp act or competition?
oh yea i have to mill my flywheel

I am certain the block bolts are 10x1.25, length may be 60?

When properly prepared permatex black RTV silicone is hard to beat. I use the same stuff on race car oil pans that aren't oringed and I have yet to have one leak. and its usually in stock EVERYWHERE LOL. just make sure both surfaces are free of silicone. A wire brush and brake clean can dissolve most of the nasty stuff. then wipe with blue towels (not your wife's cause she will kill you LOL) just make sure you remove all the bits from the oil pan.

I am running a center force making about 400hp daily driven and it works fine. Near stock pedal effort, my next cluch will be a act2600 for street and twin disc for the rally car :) I forget how much they cost but road race makes a clutch that works well "no name" you can have them machine your flywheel to the correct step height too.. most shops screw that up so its good to know it will be right.
