Whats harder to work on/learn fwd tranny or engine building?

I was thinking about rebuilding my tranny this fall but I was wonder how serviceable are they? Would you consider it harder to learn/work on then a engine? By knowledge is very limited about trannys but what a great why to learn! Thanks.

I would rather build 5 engines be4 I build a tranny
unless its a domestic rwd tranny, those are easy

there's probably more money in tranny building, not something anyone can do

I have built about 6 dsm trannys. It really isnt that difficult. Take your time and follow the instructions on Vfaq.
