whats a bare 6bolt block and crank worth?

I am going to do a build and thought about swapping in a 6 bolt. I know someone who has a block and crank but no pan. What would you offer him.

Also I would use my 7 bolt head and everything I possibly could. What other things besides flex plate would I need(im an auto) to do the swap correctly....
