what version maft

How do u tell what version a maft is.I know its for a 1g.but the problem is that its missing the top cover plate.I know it has white twist knobs.how would I tell what version the maft is with out the top.the guy says it came from a parts car he has.he knows nothing about it.what would be a good price to pay for it.plan on putting it in a 2g with a conversion plug I'm makeing.

I assume you're getting a killer deal on this MAFT to be going through the trouble of using a 1g MAFT in a 2g. Is this something you know how to rig up, or have you not looked into this yet?

Getting a hella good deal80 bucks but think I can get it cheaper.also found a thread that shows how to use a 2g stock maf female plug to replace the 1g plug.also found the diagram to make it work.just need to make shure that it can be switched to 2g ecu readings.
