I have a quick question ... i recently bought a 1999 (2g) gst, with a 1 gen motor> now im ordering a pockeet logger... and im not sure rather or not to get the dsm one or the ob11... so basically im asking is what will my car connect to, the ob11 or the dsm connector thanks for the input

The engine shouldn't make a difference what your ECU does. So you'll be fine with the 2G DSM pocket logger.

Since the interface for the pocketloger is based on the car's electronics, and the 95-99 uses obdii you will want to use that version.
