What turbo should i get for my 2g talon tsi?

i am getting a new motor put in:
-1g block
-2g head
-2g intake and exhuaust manifold
-APR head studs
-metal head gasket
-big FMIC
-greddy style rs bov
-fuel lab fuel regulator
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-stock 450cc injectors
-apexi afc
3" exhaust all the way back

But seriously, we dont have enough info on your goals. how much HP wanted?

We can say get a T25 or get a 42R...big difference.

i had a 16g evo turbo and want something that will bolt to my stock manifold that you think would be better than just getting a new 16g evo turbo

You arent going to be able to put a very big turbo on with stock 450 injectors

If you don't plan to get larger injectors (and DSMlink) then get the EVO III 16G. It's cheap, reliable and proven.

You can also consider a T28 for a direct bolt on replacement for the T25 you have or you can get a 18G.

No such thing as "too big". You just have to dial them in using the AFC.

well i know SBR sells a replacement hotside for the HX35 so you can directly bolt that monster to the dsm mani and o2 housing with no further custom work to the exhaust.. but with the HX35 you have to mess with you oil lines abit!!

and if you go onto MAPerformance.com or slowboyracing.com they have all kinds of turbos that bolt bolt up direct!! Just look around!!

The 650's will be about right for a 16G or slightly bigger. I would get something better to tune with if wanting something bigger that will require bigger than the 650's.

Biggest turbo I'd run with your injectors is an evo3 16g. 350 to just under 400whp is about what your parts can do consistantly. You should look at cams for anything over 350whp. Makes life much easier. . .

ya if you not getting any bigger injectors than the 650's i suggest you dont get the HX35!!
sorry i was just stating that SBR offers a replacement hotside for DSM exhaust!!
