What to use and How to clean my intercooler?

Fill it with alcohol or gasoline and shake the crap out of it, holding both ends closed with your hands. Drain the alcohol/gas and repeat until it comes out clean.

i used carb claner that took all the deposits out really quick. then used my air compressor to shoot air through the intake fins, to get rid of all the bugs and rocks. its also a good idea to get a pair of tweesers out and straiten any bent fins on the intercooler wile your at it.
 
gasoline unless you feel like spending a million dollars on brake cleaner. it took a good gallon+ to clean out mine.
