Well I'm looking at buying a new turbo and found a decent priced 57 trim. I'm looking for opinions as to what the limits would be with this turbo or what I could expect out of it. It is a t3/t4 57-trim. Compressor is 50 a/r and turbine is 63 a/r. Turbine wheel specs are excuder: 2.48" mayor: 2.89" and the compressor wheel specs are excuder: 2.07" mayor 2.36". 3" inlet diameter and 2" outlet diameter and has wet floating bearings. What kind of limits would I be looking at with this turbo as far as peak boost(considering heat efficiency) and maybe hp limits. Also maybe a rough estimation of what rpm it would reach full boost. I will more than likely be tuning with maft and pocketlogger for now and hopefully dsmlink soon. I will be going to a bigger fuel system and other supporting mods if I decide to buy this turbo too but I'd like to get a turbo system together before I decide on those parts. Any help or opinions welcome! Thanks
Dustin

I haven't heard great things about the 57trim, but i'd really like to hear more about it.

I know a couple people that had one, pulled pretty decently. But one of the guys took it off and put on a 50 trim, made more power and trapped lower ETs with higher speed. In other words, 57 trims are junk. Just go with a nice 50 trim and be happy you made the right choice :)
