I vote RVR throttle body. 60mm diameter, but the TPS and throttle cable bracket are backwards.

Is it that how they are supposed to be on the rvr? I found one engine pic and the cable was on the other side.

Looks like a throttle body off a JDM 4g63t motor. Mine that I got looked like that and the linkage was on the opposite side as well like that one.
