What is this piece? Throttle body

This piece just popped off while I was driving after boost. What is it? Just a plug? Any recommendations on what to use until I can get another one?

Its the rubber plug that covers the BISS screw.

If it blew off under boost, you have a leak there and need to get a replacement screw too.

The Biss screw can be bought for under 20 dollars with the cap that you are pointing at. If you are looking to replace it, you can unscrew it and poke it through with a thin wire from the inside of the throttle body. Good luck

check the gaskets, and he throttle body shaft seals common leak areas.

If you are starting to have issues with boost leak on the throttle body, just as well get the whole rebuild kit as they are only $50 because the shaft seals are probably already leaking and if not they will. Look in the classified on this site.
