What thread pitch for fuel tank drain plug?

Does anyone happen to know the thread pitch for the fuel tank drain plug on a 92 awd talon? I just recently bought the car and the plug is missing after the PO pulled the tank to fix a leak WTF

I have already tried contacting the dealership, no help there as the plug is been discontinued and they dont have any information on it.

Anyone know if an m16x1.5 sounds about right? m14 is definitely to small but i wanted to see if anyone could confirm before i waste $10 getting a drain plug in and being stuck with it.

Just a heads up for next time someone is looking. I went to advance auto tonight and picked up an m16x1.5 oil drain plug to try and it worked perfectly!! An added upside was that they only cost $2.99 through advance instead of the $8+ elsewhere.
