what the heck happened? TRANNY ISSUE*****

ok so lately ive been hearing a clunk when i let off the gas ( any ideas of what it is ) AND today i went to shift into second and when i did my clutch felt loose and sounded like my whole tranny fell to the ground after that i couldnt shift into anything it was like i had no clutch at all the pedal just went to the floor no feeling to it and the car wouldnt go into any gears.. i look at the clutch fluid earlier and it was high and then when this had happen it was lowered quite a bit... then some how ( half a hour later ) it went back to normal... please let me know your thoughts i am not a tranny person at all

it was at or a little above min it was like bone dry if thats what i made it seem like sorry

Did you brake your clutch fork? I snapped one before and the clutch just went to the floor, felt like I broke the car.. That may be your problem..

i dont think so because a couple mins later my clutch was fine i just drove her about 20 mins ago and now shes fine i dont get it all i no is when it happened it scared the sh****t out of me

it can be found on at least 50 other posts, http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/search.php?searchid=5042809, or you could redefine your problem "clutch floor," http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/search.php?searchid=5042823.

It's a TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK! Either your clutch line is leaking or you need to replace your master or slave cylinders. There, you have the answer which could found on at least 50-100 other posts already stored in the database. Save yourself the time on doing a search and getting a quick answer instead overloading the server memory which I think is the reason DSMTuners has been soooo slow for the past week.
