What should I pay for this?

Alright guys here is the car I am considering. My engine is in the shop right now for a rebuild, and the guy gave me some very unpleasant numbers. I dont think it would be a very smart investment, so I have decided it would be better to just a new car. Tell me what you guys think of this FS/FT 1993 Eagle Talon TSi 20g Turbo and maybe what you think it worth.
