I have a 90 gsx Here are my mods

New Evo 3 16g turbo
660's
190LPH Fuel pump
3" turboback
SAFC
Logger
FMIC
MBC
Front and rear strut braces
K&N
Free mods
boost gauge
new clutch/alt/starter

Other than a wideband and EGT can you guys suggest my next few mods? Ive looked at the guide. I would LVOE a tubular header, BUT i cant find any good brands. Or an 02 housing, but i dunno. Thanks in advance.

Sound like an ok setup?

I would consider a 16g turbo, and GM MAF translator (and GM MAF meter) You have all the supporting mods done, the difference would be night and day!! (IMHO):thumb:

I would suggest getting a Fuel Pressure regulator, Aeormotive W/gauge. This will allow to contol the flow of fuel going into your motor and give you better tunning ability, and allow you to check your fuel pressure at all times, The SAFC can only control the fuel so much.

He's got a Evo III 16g already, top of the mod list

I would just get a ported 2g exhaust manifold and o2 housing, and then look at doing something to your suspension. You don't really need a FPR with the 190 pump that you have, so I wouldn't spend the money on it. If your turbo isn't already ported, I would port it when you do the exhaust manifold, since it'll make things easier. I would also recommend looking into water injection, it sounds like an awesome mod. You could replace your stock intake if you wanted as well, do the Dodge Garage BOV mod, or other stuff. Just some ideas.

i would say some cams so that you can get a little more top end out of it. Maybe some comp 101200 or something like that. Treat the car to some wheels or something.

Is there something that the car is lacking for you? Is it not performing how you would like in some particular aspect?

That is exactly what I was going to say. It it was my car cams would be my next upgrade Somebody said maft, I would just get a 2g mas. It's pointless to get the GM unless you are maxing out a 2g or you are one of those guys that loves to hear your bov.

^^Not true about the MAF-T. It has been said that the MAF-T can increase your turbo spool and it is a good upgrade from the stocker. I would also look at getting a DNP SS Tubular manifold. There suppose to help spoolup also. Since you said you didn't know what was a good brand, DNP is proven on eclipses.

I used it, spool time was maybe 50 rpms quicker on a PTE 60 trim. There are more "help me with my maft" threads on here than any other thread. In my opinion it's too much work for too little gain.

If you aren't maxing out a 2g maf then I don't see any reason to use it. Most people think they have it setup properly until they get dsmlink and can datalog useful values and they realize how far off the calibration is.

On the dsmlink forums a lot of people say they could never have properly setup their maft without dsmlink and the ability to datalog a map sensor for calibration puroposes. Most still experience some sort of problems though. It's just not accurate enough in my opinion. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but I just don't see the advantages.

He's using a 16g so I don't think he's too concerned with getting the turbo to spool quicker.

^^ You are right about "too much work for too little gain". Since it costs a lot after you buy all of the pieces, that money could be spent on other mods that could benefit him more. I was just saying that if he has the money and is looking for another mod, he should look into the MAF-t.:thumb:

Thanks for all the replies. This is Helping a lot.

As far as the car not running the way i want or something like that. I have not driven the car in a few weeks :( Damn 2 jobs. But im back to 1 now so i think ill have more time for the car. I have not driven it with my NEW MBC (old one broke) and my FMIC. So i really cant say. My buddies have told me on the 18-19 psi im gonna run i could easily hit the 12's, but i dunno. I have heard the way that cams help and that sounds like a great idea. Wheel and tires will ###### come this year sometime. Ive got som 2g GST wheels on there now, i think they look good. The car is getting a paint job this spring/summer. Im going to do it myself, ive did a few cars, its not to bad to do.
Does this setup of mine seem to be ok do you guys think? Could you guys give me some links to tubular headers....good ones. And maybe the cheapest place for some cams. I was thinking about 264/272 or 272/272 but im not sure yet. Sheet metal intakes are so darned expensive, so im not sure about what ill do there yet. Ill keep you all posted. Im going to try and get the car together today and maybe drive it. I heard that FMIC will make a HELLA diffrence in power, i hope so. THanks.

I also forgot to add, i would LOVE to get the car dyno tuned. But i dont know. I head Bushcur would be my best best here in Ohio. I was told they could get more power out of it than i could. But im sure i would need EGT/Wideband for them to tune it.
