1G What sensor is this & were can I buy it at?

What, if any, will it harm if I move the A/C switch to this location? Same thread pitch and all its just sitting on the other side of the thermostat now.

No harm at all.

so I have my new upper/lower thermo housings...

#6, the A/C Fan Switch mine has a plug in it, and the F'ing thing is fighting me coming out. No issue with lack of tools or anything...given how good its in I rather just leave it then mess with it and possibly use another location if its safe.

That being said, I have deleted the EGR, so location #2 is now free. What, if any, will it harm if I move the A/C switch to this location? Same thread pitch and all its just sitting on the other side of the thermostat now.

Won't harm it functionally. The sensor may go into the housing too deep and bottom out. Check the clearance.
