What rims to go with ??

my stock ones are pure crap as most of you ###### know. 99 gsx rims.

i bought stock sized tires for them, and now i want to get rims that would fit the tires i already have... will the 17 x 7 rims on ebay im finding fit ??

it says thier not real ssr sp-1's has any1 bought these before? think they will hold up?



Also what other rims do you think would look good? i need cheap but nice.

If you're looking for decent inexpensive wheels check out http://www.wheelmax.com. Those SSR replicas are at about the limit for offset. The stock GSX wheel is a 17 x 6.5" and has an offset of +46. The SSR's are +38 (the lower the number the more the wheel sticks out). I have 17 x 7" at a +43 and even with a 1.75-2" drop, I don't ever rub. You likely could get away with those, but I can't vouch for the quality of the wheel.

If you need ideas, jump into the gallery, search for 2G cars and pick a style that you like. Wheelmax is a great place to start and get ideas and I've never had a problem with anything I've ever bought from them.

i asked the seller, he said the 17 x 7" rims hes selling would fit with stock tires... thats not true is it?

Stock tire is a 215/50/17. Yes that will fit on a 17x7" wheel. I currently run 215/45/17 and adjusted the speedo for the lower profile, but width wise, I had my 215's on the stock GSX wheels before I put them on my aftermarket wheels.
