What rims fit 1g

Ok i know these types of questions have been asked a million times but it seems like they're all directed to 2Gs. Anyway, will A-tech Weapons that are 17x9 +17 and 17x9 +27 w/ a bolt pattern of 5x114.3 and Barum 215/40/17 tires fit my '93 talon tsi AWD? The car isnt lowered but i do plan on puttin sportlines on sumtime in the future. thanks

maybe i should be more specific..will they fit w/o rolling the fenders? Will lowering help with fitment due to the camber moving the top of the rims away from the fenders? And the tires are only 215 as well so that would help too im assuming.
