I bent some valves in the head and I will need to replace them. Can someone tell me if I need to replace everything (spring, retainers, seats, valves stem seals) or can I just replace the valves?

Also, can you direct me to a website to purchase just the individual valves (not a whole set of 16). Thanks.

Your machinist can, when he inspects and measures the guides. The guides usually survive intact. The seats may need replacing but will need a re-grind, the seals are replaced as a matter of course, but the keepers, springs, and perches are usually undamaged.

I have had mixed results with the guides surviving. Many times they will crack at the valve head end of the guide. If left this way the cracked portions can later fall off and impact fast moving objects within the engine like pistons, valves, turbine wheels etc.

Guides on these engines usually crack when the valve bends, its hard to see sometimes unless you know what to look for.
