does anyone have an evo 8 ecu in their 2g with an SD setup? i have a 3 bar map sensor and gm iat sensor and going to run sd but i dont know what mod to use. i have a few but i figured the car would atleast start with them in but nothing.. im using ecuflash obviously and i have the latest version of tephra right now and have latest version of ecuflash and evoscan.. ive been looking for information for weeks and only information i have found is old and outdated.. if you have experience help would be appreciated

ok i have that one. also have you had problems with controling your boost with a gm solenoid? i took out my mbc and put all the values low on my boost map with no changes.. the car wants to run as much boost as it can.. which is alot..

i have the iat and the map sensor but when i flash that rom and change the injector scaling/latencys, it doesnt start. i checked immobilizer and everything in that portion and it all matches. what else?

yes the immobilizer is set to 0000. i think it has something to do with the input from the iat. i found a thread somewhere else with same issue with no start and they fixed the iat and it started right up..

You can check this by logging the IAT with the key in the on position. It doesn't have to actually be running .Check that, the coolant temp, and the MAP readings. Since the car isn't running, the IAT and coolant temp should both be about ambient temperature. The MAP should be reading about 101 kPa +/- some for weather and elevation changes.

mine is setup in psi but i did check it when i first installed it and it is fine.. also i installed it in the mdp circuit.. left the old map in the intake.
