What is this plug for?

I am reconstructing my eclipse due to the previous owner cleaning the battery with alcohal and setting the engine bay on fire. Well I am almost done but I need to know what this plug is for. I have no spot on my engine to attach it to so right now its just a loose plug on the harness. Just look where the white arrow is pointing.

That goes to your ingitor/power transistor assembly. You need that part to run your car. It doesn't have to be mounted where it is located in your picture, but it does have to be plugged in.

There is a mounting bracket that bolts down there to hold it. If you look You will see the holes for the bolts in the intake mani right below where it sits now. You need to find that bracket and plug.
