Resolved what is this light in my dash - windshield washer fluid

hey guys. Ok i searched and all im getting is info on the parthanon/radiator looking light on the dash.

My light is in the bottom right hand corner of the right side of my dash

think it is related to coolant of some sort. My coolant is topped off and i just put a new motor in this car so the wiring harness was in bad shape before i started and the install process didnt help any.

could this light be associated with a sensor on the water neck next to the thermostat? oh and my cooling fan is not coming on when she gets to operating temperature and is idling sitting there.

can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Your windshield washer fluid reservoir is probably low/empty.
