What is this (egr, fuel, boost solenoid?)

This is up by my fire wall just to the drivers side of my TB. It has 3 hoses, and a harness with a red wire and a black wire.

I don't know where to run the vacuum lines to/from.

Post #2 is correct. The single hose should run to the throttle body, the other 2 should run to whichever item its tied to.

That's sort of what I figured. Do I have to hook it back up? Or can Iuse the vacuum line on the TB for something else and leave this unplugged? I haven't done any form of egr delete. Will it run improperly if left undone?

should run fine - but its better to really block the egr off. And keep an eye on your knock. Some people observe massive knock after egr blocking

Massive knock? How's that?! I would not think that Egr would have a hand in detonation.
