what is the thread pitch for the 1g radiator temp sensor that is used for the fan?

I'm trying to help my friend hook up a fan. he has a fluidyne radiator which has a couple extra threaded tapped holes that are plugged off. i'm wondering if i buy a oem rad sensor if it will thread into this aftermarket radiator

M16 x 1.5 is what I'm finding after searching the part number (MB356704) via google.

Not sure if the fluidyne will have the same threads... Any temp sensor within the same temp range that will thread in should work. If not you can try an aftermarket solution like this: Flex-a-lite 33011 - Flex-a-lite Replacement Stainless Steel Fan Probes - Overview - SummitRacing.com
