What is missing from this transmission?

It's a 2G GST 5 Speed transmission BTW.

A rubber breather goes into the hole in the bell housing. Is that what you are talking about?

The counter weight is cut off. No big deal. It's not needed.
However the other shift linkage isn't there......that you need.

Thank you, does the other shift linkage go on the bracket that is held by those two bolts? I think it does.

Also, where can I get it, please don't tell me I have to find a transmission with one and pull it.

if its the same as a 1g part, i have more than 1 spare. they maybe 90s or 91s. ill have to check

Not sure if they are different, but you can always call Jack/Shep/Tre and see if they have spares or if they are the same. Jon at TRE knows all.
