what Free/DIY mods can we do to the laser???

hey guys, my buddie just got a new job and his laser is comming out of the garage.
We want to play around with his car but I'm just wondering what are some free mods or Do-it-yourself mods you can do on a laser???

His car is a 1992 Plymouth Laser RS(turbo+FWD) We'll be putting in a new Boost guage into this car but what else can we do to improve his car(make it run better or get the most power out without doing massive mods yet)
