what engine assembly tools?????

ok im about to to assemble my block and im not really sure store to get them from .....i know i need a 4' micrometer for the pistons,and a dial bore gauge .....engine builders please tell me which tools to get .....thankssss

well you need to read alot before doing that kind of work.I see that you never did that,because you asking what kind of tools you need to build the engine....... i would recommend to give the block to the machine shop and let them do all the work.But if you want to do yourself its risky to damage the block.crank,rods,bearings.Because clearances between bearings is not a joke.....

yes i am very aware that i can mess my motor up doing it myself but everybody has to learn some day...........

ring filer
micrometer 4 " for the pistons

i have the other tools i need ,,,i just dont know if i should look for these tools on ebay or should i looke for a certain brand name

piston ring compressor

you dont need all that... Thats a machines shop tools.because you not going to bore your cylinders.

Basic stuff that you need is like i said:

Feeler gauge
plasti-guage
piston ring compressor
ring filer
engine lube
torque Wrench
