BEP (bullseye performance) sells the hotside for Holsets that are flanged for a Mitsu exhaust mani & o2 sensor housing. I thought you had to buy the Holset with the housing but my buddy informed me yesterday that Tim's Turbo's sells them, heres the link to it... Tim's Turbos - Turbo Rebuilding - Stainless Steel Turbine Housing - Mitsubishi Inlet

I would run 880's or bigger if your just going to run pump gas, 1100cc or 1150cc injectors for e85.

I've never ran a Holset but a buddy does and his car peels the ears off my head when he mashes the gas pedal...

You don't nee a built head. just a pair of hks or regrind 272s and at most a smim and exhaust manifold upgrade. The 6bolt block, which you have, can tolerate whatever that hx35 can throw at it; as long as you have a spot on tune. Yes you will need 850 or close for race/pump gasoline. and you will need 1250s or more for e-85.
