What do i need to work on? tuning wise

You should post this to ecmtuning.com... But anyway, you need to do a boost leak test IMMEDIATELY.. remember to rotate the throttle while testing to check for shaft seal leaks.. and you need to tune, and shoot for afrs of 11.2ish on your AEM EUGO while boosting for optimal performance... because you are running lean, and thats NOT GOOD AT ALL for your engine. but like i said, boost leak test asap and report back. On several pulls, like at 362sec and 387sec, you are dipping deep into the 12s, way too lean.

Do a boost leak test. Voltage is good, and injectors are not maxed so I would wager there could be some sort of leak, as indicated above.

What boost pressure are you actually shooting for? Highest boost est shows in the log is 17.5psi, and routinely settles around 15.5-16.5psi.

Optimal performance is not necessarily at 11.2:1AFR.

Every setup will be different. AFR is just one of the knobs to turn. Boost and timing are the rest of the equation.

I'm pushing around 20psi. It doesn't match estboost and the gauge reads a little richer then what ecmlink says what the eugo is reading. I believe it leans out is when I start to throttle down. And wouldn't the injectors not be maxed out in those two pulls because I was only at 75% throttle? At 441sec I hit 100% and the injector duty was at 78.7%.

I just made my boost leak tester today so I'll be checking it later.
