1G What do i need to get 300-350hp out of my 1992 plymouth laser?

It doesn't have DSM Link. It is a completely stock 1992 Plymouth laser, FWD 5spd manual.

You need about 22psi of boost on a 2.0L engine with 8.5:1 compression.
