What controls injectors?

Like title says. I just rebuilt motor. Never had car when running before so im still new to these cars. My injectors arent working and i'm kinda in a hurry so just needing some ideas of what to start with. I do have fuel into the rail btw.

I'm confused as to what you are asking. The ECU controls how much fuel is used by the injectors.

Are you asking if something plugs into the injectors to send a signal to them to let them know how much fuel to spray?

The ECU controls the injectors but it depends mostly on the CAS. An inoperative CAS results in no injectors operating.

Sorry guys. I decided to tripple check and turns out my pump is not kicking on. I'm reading through threads now on how to test relays and everything. Thanks for the responses.
