Check out the Saleen Mustang Dark metallic silver.. Also, there is a trans am on ls1 tech that has a candy blood red or something like that.. One of my favorite colors.. I will se if I can dig it up! Also these are ones that come to mind:

UPDATE!!!

So we took on a little water at the shop today. O.K. who's kidding we had just under 2 foot of water flood our shop today. But thankfully we were able to get everything out or elevated. Nothings ruined or damaged but its going to be a week or so before we get the shop up and running at full speed again so I'll have to put the paint on hold until then. Customers first!!!!!

I'm coming down to check the damage after work. When I drove by the shop the drive was inpassable and the whole parking lot was transformed into a pond. Luckily my Talon hasn't made it to the shop yet and stayed above water at work, it hasn't been touched in over a month!

I sucked over 100 gallons of water out of my finished basement last night...and its still coming in today.

Lets get these customer cars done so we can take care of ourselves for a change.

Well I'm in the process of changing my DSM over from the 1Ga style to 1Gb. I've got it pretty well figured out but the hardest thing I've come across so far is deciding on a color combination. I'm gonna be ordering an interior kit in the next 2 days so I need some serious input fast.

I was thinking a metallic black exterior and medium/light grey interior panels but I've been told that it'd be too much black. There wouldn't really be anything on the body to break it up.

So I'm prettymuch stuck right now. Red interior is definately out, since I just hate the way it looks. and I'd like to keep it neutral colors inside/outside because under the hood is is gonna have red. The air intake I bought is red, the writing (Mitsubishi DOHC 2000...) on the motor is red and I can't really have it a ton of different colors.

Any help would be appreciated and if you wanna see my progress so far here's my cardomain page: 1991 Laser RS (in progress) - Weare, New Hampshire

if under the hood is red, paint the car red.......... or paint under the hood. *this is based on me assuming that by "under the hood" you mean your engine bay is red cause the car used to be red*

sorry I wasn't clear about that. The engine bay is blue about half way down, then what you can't really see that well is black. I'll be painting the bay the same color I paint the car.

I meant that the "trim" or "accessories" or whatever you'd call it are red, such as the intake and lettering on the cover.

and if I was to paint it black, what could I do to "break it up", or do you think it would look fine with everything black? I was thinking removing the black paint to expose the chrome under the window but that doesn't seem like that much.

I noticed my car's hood was red unerneath, I mean you could see a little of it, so is there a way to look up my vin to see the original color?

I was just looking at some pics in the gallery and I think this one looks pretty good with black/silver.

The only difference is that looks like a 1Ga turbo (by the rear bumper and front headlight corners). Do you think that color combination would look good on a 1Gb?
I know there isn't much difference but the bumpers are shaped a little differently and same with the corner lights... it seems to me like it might make a difference.

Also those wheels are the 2g GSX stock rims right?
