What 75mm throttle bodies are available?

I'm in the market for a 75mm TB, but I definitely don't want to run an off-the-shelf Mustang TB. I'm looking for something that has a strong shaft, shaft seals for holding boost, and provisions for a DSM IAC.

I remember FFTEC offering modified BBK TB's a few years ago. What ever happened to those? It's actually exactly what I'm looking for...

If there's something else out there that meets my criteria, please post a link.

I know its not 75mm but its 70mm, an upgrade form the 1g TB, plus it has provision for the stock IAC and FIAV.

And are you talking about this mustang TB that you don't want to run?

What about Boomba racing? They have 75mm evo TB, they are rather expensive 400+, but they have a conversion to run it on a DSM. Apparently you need to run the EVO TPS.

Boomba also have direct bolt on conversion for the DSM TB flange for evo 75mm TB, you might be able to find another evo TB available on the aftermarket and use this adapter plate to make it bolt on.

I'm using the Boomba tb on my car. It uses I think the mustang flange for mounting or you can use an adapter plate to get a stock fitment. Of course the adapter plate necks down which you don't really want. It does use an EVO tps (which plugs right into the 2g harness) but isn't out of the box compatible because the voltage range on the evo tps is different than the 2g, and it has no idle switch. Ecmlink can solve this of course since it can adjust the voltage range it accepts for the 0-100% throttle position and also simulate the idle switch. The boomba supports the 2g ISC as well which is nice. On my car it idles well so I'm quite happy generally.

The only downside at the moment I can cite is that the cam profile seems to be a bit too aggressive early on. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology but the throttle is quite... aggressive initially meaning at very slight throttle openings the car seems to get more power than you'll expect, and it's an uneven curve with how the throttle feels like it's opening the rest of the way. Imagine being in a parking lot and feathering the throttle to control your speed and every time you just tap the throttle the car surges a bit more than you'd want/expect. This issue to me though is very minor and I can deal with it, but I never quite get used to it so that car's still a bit touchy daily driving with low throttle input.

I can't comment much more on it now as I'm still new to it as my 2.3l is still in break-in mode. It really is a nice piece though.

Thanks for the info on the Boomba. I was wondering what it would take to run one on a DSM...

So, is the Boomba TB the only one available then?
It would be cool if they did custom built throttle bodies. I'd much rather run a DSM TPS and not have those ugly ports on top.

Definitely won't work with my manifold.

Correct. I have about 5 different brands of that exact same style TB here at work. None of them will allow the use of the IAC, and none of them are really designed for boost.
