WG wont fully open.

before anyone says anything i already searched and didnt find the answer.

i have an E3B16G that i fully ported to eliminate boost creep and beter flow but when i tested the wg from the actuator arm it only open about 1/3-1/2 way how can i get it to open at least 80%? so i dont run into creep

It's not supposed to open all the way, creep is usually cause by the actual wastegate port not being big enough, and if you port that you need a bigger flapper.

well i ported the outlet so it matches the flaper and passage for smother flow so then im thinking ill be fine then thanx.
